There are many types of certifications for business skills and competencies. These range from the MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP), chartered institutes such as Charted Institute of Marketing (CIM), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and the Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA) and many more.

These business skills certifications are earned over time and with effort. From three years to twenty years, depending on the institute and awarded skill levels.

Certification for Business Skills for Working Adults
There are alternatives to this certification. You can take micro credential courses, or competency courses offered by qualified competent trainers.
Self Guided Micro-Credential Courses
Self guided micro-credential courses are mini courses, that usually take your time and effort to complete during the course and do homework outside of the training course learning hours.
This means there is usually a self study component, for participants to figure out and understand on their own time, the learning material.
Competency Courses
Competency courses offered by K0gnifi, run for 14 hours or two full days at a minimum. Participants work in small teams to get work done, and this clears their blind spots by them doing activities over these days of training.
Participants get immediate access to the instructor or trainer for immediate clarification and guidance. And everyone learns from that on-the-spot discussion.
