Module 1 – Sales Target, Challenges & Understanding Your Customers

This module introduces participants to understanding the changing customers’ needs and changing demography.  Participants learn where and how to get and retain old and new customers. Participants learn how to develop their hunter sales mindset.

Module 2 – Using SPIN Sales Techniques To Drive Opportunities

Learn how to use the SPIN probing process to discover sales opportunities.  Practice creating specific probes to get actionable answers.  Participants will learn how to be resilient with prospects to move an opportunity to a deal.

Module 3 – Teamwork In Sales

Participants will be put through simulations to understand the advantages of strong Teamwork.  They will understand how all the factors combined will make them achieve Sales Objectives. Participants learn how to sustain the sales drive motivation.
