Digital Transformation Training Participants
The training course of Digital Transformation was held at the hall of SIC itself under the Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS). We focused on the understanding of each participants by creating engaging activities as much as possible among them in which it will let them find a way to always improve the system of their company. With the number of participants of more than 20, we worked towards achieving a complete understanding of the Digital Transformation Training Skills Course with frequent interaction among attendees and trainer.
The Digital Transformation Trainer
This training was led by Logarajah Thambyrajah or Logga, an expert in the digitalisation sector with all the experiences he had from the previous jobs he did for almost over 28 years. With the experiences he has in hand, he managed to visualize the key points of digital transformation towards the participants, thus they had better understanding of the course.
The feedback from the attendees was also encouraging when they said that they gained so much knowledge on the training and that it helped them craft clearer goals for the improvement of their system. They were indeed happy with how the message was delivered and that it made them understand how things work after attending the course.
