The team wanted a concise 1 to 2 days training to understand the structure of managing bids and projects by their Project Team and Project Sales Team. We offered this training course., Managing Project Bids, Execution and Delivery training course. This is a HRDF Claimable training course for corporates.
Participants were from Project Sales, Sales Managers, Operations Teams, Documentation Team, Logistics Teams and The Project Management Team.
This was a very practical training with real world situation in project bids. From dealing with project scope, scope creep, scheduling, inventory planning and delivery, contract requirements, UAT and payment collection, handover to operations and risk management.

The training took the case study approach where the participants were introduced to an actual tender document. That was relevant to their industry. They then walked through the whole tender bidding, project management and project delivery process.

- To project closing and handover to customer and after-sales operations teams

Project Management Training Method and Assessment
This training was to introduce the structure and practises of project management to the sales and project teams, it was a hands on session where the participants learnt by doing.
They had fun using the sticky notes and moving the stickies from project phases to the next project phases and project groups.
