Participants learn to identify the need for change, understanding internal and external forces like performance gaps or process inefficiencies. And define the SMART objectives and KPIs for a specific change scenario.

Module 2 · Stakeholder analysis and engagement

Participants will define project scope and deliverables, and create realistic timelines and budgets. Participants will learn how to assign roles and responsibilities by understanding delegation, individual strengths and competencies, and clear communication.

Module 3 · Implementing, monitoring and sustaining change
